Refund and Reschedule Policy

At Green Pipe Tours, we strive to provide exceptional experiences and customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please review our refund policy below:

1. Cancellation by the Customer

• Standard Cancellations:
  • More than 14 Days Before Departure:
    You are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable processing fee of 10% of the booking amount.
  • 7-14 Days Before Departure:
    A refund of 50% of the booking amount will be issued.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Departure:
    No refunds will be provided, as costs incurred in preparation for the tour are non-recoverable.
• How to Cancel:
  Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@greenpipetours.gy. Please include your booking reference and reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Green Pipe Tours

• Rescheduling or Cancellation:
  In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or other issues beyond our control), you will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer your booking to another tour date or package of equal value.

3. Refund Process

• Processing Time:
  Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Items:
  Any additional services or upgrades not explicitly covered by the booking refund policy may be non-refundable.

4. Special Circumstances

• Force Majeure:
  In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, etc.), we will make every effort to reschedule your tour. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Custom Packages:
  Customized itineraries or special requests may have different cancellation and refund terms. Please refer to your individual booking confirmation for specific details.
